The story is set in a post apocalyptic future after the world was destroyed in a 60 minute war. The cities that survived are put on wheels and consume each other to survive. We follow Hester Shaw, a young women who is set to avenge her mother, and Tom Natsworthy, an outcast from London, trying to get back to London and stop a conspiracy.
I have to say right away that after reading the book I was disappointed with the movie. The movie looks great, visuals are amazing, effects are great, CGI is great, but the story…They have changed so much in the story and a lot of the important stuff was left out.
Worth watching just because it is a visual spectacle.
