Director: Jeffrey Nachmanoff
Stars: Keanu Reeves, Alice Eve, Thomas Middleditch, John Ortiz
In Replicas, Keanu Reeves plays a scientist who is trying to preserve a human mind inside a bionic brain. After his whole family was killed in a car accident he clones them and transfers their consciousnesses into new bodies.
The premise of the movie was very good and watching the trailer I really thought this will be worth watching. Unfortunately, it wasn't. The story could have been better, the acting is quite bad considering the leads. Keanu Reeves is pretty unconvincing and Alice Eve is like she is not even trying to act (and she was great in Iron Fist as Mary Walker, so I expected more from her). Only actor worth mentioning is Thomas Middleditch who was on point. The special effects are OK at best, and I won't even talk about cinematography since the entire movie has four location.
To be brief, not worth your time. If you are Keanu Reeves fan try and find something else of his to watch.
